Okay is the Director of ArtQuay. He is a sculptor, art historian, academic / researcher with over several years of experience working with artists, art lovers and investors. He holds a PhD in Art History, Master of Fine Art in Sculpture and Bachelor of Arts in Fine and Applied Arts.

As well as being a member of the Royal Society of Sculptors, UK, he is equally active elsewhere including Africa. He is a fellow of the Pan African Circle of Artists; a fellow of the Society of Nigerian Artists (SNA); as well as Founding Member Board of Trustees, Sculptors Association of Nigeria (ScAN). He played dynamic leadership roles in the founding of national art and culture organisations such as the Sculptors Guild of Nigeria (SGN) as well as SNA and ScAN. He has a longstanding record of over 100 exhibitions including in west Africa.

Okay is also known for producing the famous monumental Roaring Lion King sculpture in Nigeria, which holds the current record of ‘Largest Lion Sculpture’ in the world. With his extensive experience, he brings to ArtQuay his invaluable passion, dedication and proven expertise in African arts and culture.
